Reporting Bugs

A bug tracking system for the LiquidPub Platform is installed at https://dev.liquidpub.org/trac/liquidpub/.

To see the tickets and submit new tickets you do not need to login. To report a new bug or issue, use the New Ticket link on the main navigation toolbar (direct link: https://dev.liquidpub.org/trac/liquidpub/newticket). If you are not sure about who is responsible for which component, please assign the new ticket to "birukou". The system will send e-mail to the reporter of the issue, to the responsible developer or developers, and to the mailing list for the appropriate component.

It is greatly preferred that you submit bugs and issue tickets to the bug tracking system rather than e-mailing someone. The e-mail notification component of the bug tracking system will do a far better job of routing e-mail notifications to the right person or persons. This way it's simple and user-friendly. Far fewer reports will get lost, ignored, or misdirected.
